Good question, Capitalist!
Occasionally, our support team may ask for a PlayFab ID or Account ID. This is a unique string of letters and numbers that helps our team find your game in our database - simple as that! To find your ID:
- Tap on the Menu (three lines at bottom of the screen)
- Tap on "Help & Social" (mobile) or "Connect" (Steam)
- Your ID is shown at the bottom left-hand side of the screen
You can also see it at the bottom of the game loading screen :)
