Our team is aware of the loading issues preventing some players from entering the game after updating to version 9.7.  We are working on the patched version now, and it should be available early next week. 

03-31-2025 Update: Version 9.7.1 is now available for our Android players. We are still waiting for the App Store to approve the patched version for our iOS players.
