We understand you would like to submit a request to delete your account and associated data. This request will delete the following:

  • All game data associated with your account 
  • Unsubscribe you from any newsletters and/or promotional offers 

How can I submit a request? 

From the app:

  • Open the app
  • Open the settings menu
  • Tap on 'Help & Social' 
  • Tap on 'Contact Support'
  • From the menu options, select "Privacy & Data"

If you are having issues opening the app, our team can also be reached directly through adventurecapitalist@hyperhippo.ca. In your email, please include your Player ID (tap your menu > ‘Help & Social’ > (you can tap to copy it))
