We understand you would like to submit a request to delete your user data. This request will delete the following:
- All game data associated with your account
How can I submit a request?
From the app:
- Open the app
- Open the settings menu
- Tap on 'Help & Social'
- Tap on 'Contact Support'
- From the menu options, select "Privacy & Data"
If you are having issues opening the app, our team can also be reached directly through adventurecapitalist@hyperhippo.ca. In your email, please include your Player ID (tap your menu > ‘Help & Social’ > (you can tap to copy it)).
