If you're experiencing crashes during Events, don't worry. We have a few troubleshooting steps that often help resolve the issue.

Before you jump back into the game, try the following:

Restart your device. A quick reboot can clear temporary issues that may cause crashes.
Close any background apps before launching AdVenture Capitalist to free up system resources.
Make sure your game is up to date by installing the latest version available from your app store.
Check for system updates and ensure your device is running the latest available version of iOS or Android.
Enable Battery Saver or Power Saving Mode if your device offers one. This can help improve stability on some devices.
Use a strong, stable internet connection, preferably Wi-Fi, while playing Events.
If the game crashes, power your device off for 30–60 seconds before reopening the game.
