Our support team can assist with transfering your game data if you have access to both devices. To complete the process, we'll need the Account ID from your previous device as well as the Account ID from the device you'd like to use going forward.
To locate your ID in-game, tap on the Settings Icon (⚙️). Alternatively, your Account ID is displayed on the initial loading screen in the bottom-left corner.
Even if you're not changing devices right now, it's a good idea to save your current Account ID. Keeping a record of it can make it much easier to recover or transfer your progress later.
