We understand you would like to submit a request to delete your account and associated data. This request will delete the following:
- All game data associated with your account
- Unsubscribe you from any newsletters and/or promotional offers
How can I submit a request?
From the app:
- Open the app
- Tap on the settings icon (top right)
- Tap on 'Get Help'
- From the menu options, select "Privacy & Data"
If you are having issues opening the app, our team can also be reached directly through adventureages@hyperhippo.ca. In your email, please include your Player ID (tap the settings icon (top right).
