What's the issue? Some players are reporting an error message when they try to load up the game (see below).

Who is affected? At present, only a handful of players have reported the issue, but our team is keeping a close eye on the situation.

What should I do? At the moment, it looks like the issue should resolve by itself, but there are a few things you can do in the meantime that may help.
• Ensure you're using a strong, stable Wi-Fi connection.
• If you're on Android, clear the app cache. To do this, go to Settings > Apps > AdVenture Ages. Now, tap into Storage and tap "Clear Cache" (not data!).
• Make sure your iOS or OS version is completely up to date. You may also need to navigate to your App Store or Google Play Store to ensure your game version is up to date.
