Restoring time doesn't always go smoothly! If money was withdrawn from your bank but you didn't receive the items, here are some things to try:
  • Time travel requires a secure, reliable connection! Make sure you have a solid connection to the internet (private Wi-Fi when possible).
  • Ensure that you have valid payment options set up through Apple or Google Play.
  • Try closing down the app completely (not letting it idle in the background) and restarting your mobile device. No matter how advanced our time travel tech is, it still might need a reset once in a while!
  • Make sure your local region supports connectivity to the App Store or Google Play. If your local region doesn't and you are using a VPN to connect, it may result in the purchase failing.
