Transmitting ads through time may not always go as planned! Ad issues could include:
  • ads that are not loading or freezing halfway through
  • ads that crash the game
  • receiving an error message before or after an ad plays
If you are experiencing any of the aforementioned troubles, T.T.O.M. suggests:
  1. Make sure you have a strong, stable internet connection (private Wi-Fi is recommended).
  2. Make sure your game and OS are completely updated.
  3. Ensure you don't have too many apps running in the background.
  4. Check to see if there are any privacy settings or settings on your device that restrict you from viewing ads.
  5. Check that your internet provider / region does not restrict ads, or your modem / provider doesn't throttle ads or ad content.
  6. If you have a VPN installed, turn it off.
  7. If you've altered your time zone or location in your device's settings, set this back to AUTO.
  8. Wait 30-60 seconds after launching the app before you view an ad. This helps make sure all assets and game data have loaded properly.
