Update: This issue should now be patched. Make sure your version of AdVenture Ages is completely up to date. If you're continuing to experience troubles syncing to Game Center, make sure to contact our Support Agents.

What's the issue? Our team is aware of a bug that is impacting iOS players and preventing them from being able to sync their progress to Game Center. This is currently a top priority for our QA team and a fix is in the works.

What can I do in the meantime? If you're having troubles syncing your game, try toggling Game Center off in your device's settings (Settings > Game Center), then turning it back on to confirm your account details. If you're still unable to sync, force close the app, then reboot your device. To force close the app:

->Bring up your recently used apps (double tap the home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen)
->Swipe up on the app to close it.

It's also important to make sure you have a strong Wi-Fi connection while completing this process. If you're playing on data, try switching to Wi-Fi. If you're already using Wi-Fi, try resetting the modem or switching networks.

If you need to switch devices immediately, our support team can help workaround the issue while a fix is being worked on. Please send them both your old and new Account IDs (tap settings > bottom left) to get started.
