What's the issue? Some Agents, particularly those using iOS, have reported progress rollbacks. This is especially common after a game crash. These rollbacks can range from a minute to an hour.

Who is affected? This issue seems to be occurring for a handful of iOS players only.

Is there a workaround? If you're experiencing progress rollbacks in your game, please tap into your settings (settings cog in the top right corner) and check that High Quality is toggled on. From there, reach out to our in-game support team (tap settings > ‘Get Help’). Let them know approximately how much progress was rolled back and what caused the crash, if a crash occurred (ex. watching an ad, opening a Capsule, etc.).

When will there be a fix? A fix is currently in the works, and is expected to be released November 2021.
