What are Special Operations (Spec Ops)?
Spec ops include a set of daily missions, daily free gifts, and a 25 Tier Reward Track! Collect free gifts and complete operations to climb the Reward Ranks. Spec ops also adds the ability to upgrade to Historic Pass.

What can I do with the points?
Each operation has a point total associated with it. Track your Spec Ops progress with the progress bar located at the top of the screen. Once you have enough points, you can open Capsules under your tier rewards!

Time travel can't speed up those reward tiers, but you can complete Reward Tiers automatically with 250 Gems.
What kind of tier rewards are there?
Depending on the tier Rank, Agents can collect concrete Capsules or a brand new Spec Ops Capsule on their free reward track. The historic reward track has many more rewards, such as XP, time warps, Heroes and exclusive Capsules. Learn more about Historic Pass here!

Why is there a timer above my Spec Ops Points?
Reward tiers refresh every 30 days. After this timer is completed, new reward tiers will be sent by H.Q.! This timer also applies to the Historic Pass.

Do Event Capsules count towards Spec Op missions?
No, but Event rewards will! Since Event reward Capsules are technically claimed in your main mission screen, they will contribute to any "Open Capsule" Spec Op missions.

How do I get Special Operations?
Agents must reach Rank 8 in their main game before receiving Special Operations.

How many Spec Op missions can I do in a day?
Agents can complete two Special Operations within a 12 hour period. When you start your first mission, a cool-down timer starts in the background. If you finish two Special Operations within those 12 hours, you will see the cool-down timer appear. If your missions take longer than 12 hours, no rush; more Operations will be waiting for you!

Historic Pass holders unlock an extra Special Operations slot. Special Operations will also refresh four hours faster, and holders will also be able to refresh one extra Special Operations per day!
