Are you experiencing issues with your game, Agent? Our general troubleshooting can help with:
- Crashing during gameplay
- Lagging animations
- Connection issues (ex. errors entering Events)
- Ad errors
- Missing purchases or Event rewards
- Stuck relics or Capsules, or getting stuck while Ranking up
We've got some general troubleshooting for you to try!
Android
- Make sure your game version is fully updated.
- Make sure you have the latest version of Android available for your device (Android 7.0 or higher required).
- Close and reopen the app.
- Close all apps running in the background.

- Reset your current internet connection. If you're using data, switch to a strong Wi-Fi connection.
- Clear AdVenture Ages's cache by following these steps: Device Settings > Apps > AdVenture Ages > Storage > Clear Cache
- Disconnect from any VPNs.
Ad Issues:
After attempting the above troubleshooting:
- Try disabling interest-based ads in your device's settings. You can opt-out of interest-based ads following these steps: Google setting > ads > opt OUT of interest-based ads
- Disable any active ad-blocking software.
iOS
- Make sure your game version is fully updated.
- Make sure you have the latest version of iOS available for your device.
- Close and reopen the app.
- Close all apps running in the background.
- Make sure you have the latest version of iOS available for your device.

- Force close AdVenture Ages. To do this, double tap the home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen to bring up your recently used apps, then swipe up on AdVenture Ages to close it.
