What is it? 

The Hippo Bank feature is an opportunity for Comrades to seize additional rewards! The Hippo Bank fills with rewards based on actions taken in the game. Once the Hippo Bank fills to a minimum threshold, Comrades can purchase the the bank and smash it open! 

What actions fill the Hippo Bank? 

Opening capsules fill the Hippo Bank, including Rank Up Capsules and Operations!  Higher value capsules will contribute more to the bank than lower value capsules.

What happens when the Hippo Bank is full? 

The Hippo Bank will stop accruing resources once it has met the maximum value, and it will stay at that point until it expires or is purchased. 

Are there different Hippo Bank types? 

This feature is launching with Gold Hippo Banks only, but let us know what other currency or items you might like to see in the future. 

Is the Gold from my capsule being withheld for the Hippo Bank? 

No. Everything collected from opening capsules is yours to keep. It is the action of opening a capsule that builds up the Hippo Bank. Even capsules that do not contain gold add to your Hippo Bank! 

My Hippo Bank was almost full, but now it's empty! 

Hippo Banks are on a schedule! If you do not make the purchase before the timer runs out, you will miss out on all collected rewards so be sure to keep an eye on the timer! A notification will go out one hour prior to the timer resetting.
