Refund Policy

Most purchases made in AdVenture Capitalist are for virtual, consumable items that are delivered immediately upon purchase and are intended for use within the game. Because these items are consumed when used, refunds are generally not available once the purchased content has been delivered.

Google Play Purchases

If you made your purchase through Google Play, you may contact our Support Team for assistance with refund requests.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are limited to purchases made within the previous 90 days. We may decline refund requests for purchases that are older, have already been consumed, or cannot be reasonably verified.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee a refund.

Apple App Store Purchases

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed and billed by Apple. Refunds for App Store purchases are determined by Apple and must be requested directly through Apple.

We are unable to approve or issue refunds for App Store purchases on Apple's behalf.

Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe a purchase was made without your authorization, please report it as soon as possible after discovering the transaction.

Purchase confirmations and receipts are typically provided by the applicable platform at the time of purchase. Refund requests submitted long after the original transaction date may be difficult or impossible to verify.

Virtual Items

Refunds may result in the removal of any virtual currency, items, benefits, or game progress associated with the refunded purchase. If removal is not possible, we reserve the right to limit or suspend access to affected game features or accounts as necessary to prevent abuse.

Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and become effective immediately upon posting.
