Hello Capitalists, 

With version 9.8.2, some players have reported that Connection Vaults only appear for the planet or event they are presently on or in. We are working on a fix for this issue. A temporary workaround can be to click on a different event or planet than your desired event or planet, then click back on it. The Connection Vault options should load after navigating around in the drop down menu.
