There are many factors that may have contributed to lost progress such as changing devices, failing to sync your game or returning to the game after a long hiatus.
 
First, check to see if you have re-connected your Google Play Games or Game Center account. Learn more about that here
 
If you did not connect a Google Play Games or Game Center account or you are changing your device type, we'll have to do things the old fashioned way. We may not be able to restore your old game 100%, but our super savvy support team can get you a great start in a new game! If you contact us, please make sure you're including:
  1. Your NEW PlayFab ID (tap the menu icon > tap 'Help & Social'> it'll be in the bottom left)
  2. Your OLD ID if you still have it. 
  3. A brief description of the progress you had (how many planets unlocked, time played, currency totals etc.)
  4. Purchase receipts for any in-app purchases you may have made
