1. You must have your game synced with Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS) on the old device first.

2. Using Google Play or Game Center, you can sync and transfer your game from iOS to iOS or Android to Android, but not iOS to Android or vice versa.

3. We strongly recommend playing on only once device at a tme, rather than using multiple devices at once. This is an easy way to overwrite yoru progress which isn't good for business! 

4. Event progress does not sync! If you are in the middle of an event, we recommend waiting until that event has ended before making the switch!
