1. You must have your game synced with Google Play Games (Android) or Game Center (iOS) on the old device first.

2. You can move from iOS to iOS or Android to Android, but not iOS to Android or vice versa.

3. Any progress you make on one device will not sync or be reflected on a different device. For this reason, we strongly recommend playing on one device only, rather than using multiple devices!

4. Event progress does not sync! If you are in the middle of an event, we recommend waiting until that event has ended before making the switch!

Please note that cloud save was introduced in version 7.6.0. If your game was uninstalled prior to this update, reach out to our support team and we'll help restore your game manually!
