The "Support Code" field will appear at the bottom of the "Help & Social" Tab in your Career menu (sometimes at the bottom of your "Shop" page depending on the platform you're playing).

Support Codes are issued by our team in emergency situations, and can help players restore their progress and purchases. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide support codes for the iOS platform.

Support Codes will only be awarded at the discretion of our team. They are meant to be used as a restorative tool, not as a requested boost.
