- Close and reopen the app.
- Close all apps running in the background.

- Clear Vacation Tycoon's cache following these steps: device Settings > Apps > Vacation Tycoon > Storage > Clear Cache.

Ad Issues:
After attempting the above troubleshooting:
- Try disabling interest-based ads in your device's settings. You can opt-out of interest-based ads following these steps: Google settings > ads > opt OUT of interest-based ads.
- Disable any active ad-blocking software.
iOS

- Close and reopen the app.

- Force close Vacation Tycoon by following these steps: Double tap the home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen to bring up your recently used apps, then swipe up on Vacation Tycoon to close it.

Ad Issues:

- On iOS 14+: You can disable Personalized Ads by tapping into Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising > turn OFF Personalized Ads
- On iOS under 14: You can opt out of interest-based ads by tapping into Settings > Privacy > Advertising > Reset Advertising Identifier
- Disable any active ad-blocking software.
